Coil correction control system is a closed-loop controller, sensors, linear guide mechanism constitute the basic part of closed-loop control. First, the correction sensor detects the edge or line of the coil, the system automatically reads the offset between the actual position of the coil and the set position, and converts the offset into an electrical signal proportional to it and transmits it to the controller. The signal is amplified and calibrated by the controller and then output to the linear driver. The linear driver drives the correction and alignment mechanism according to the size of the signal to restore the coil to the set position. The driving signal of the current driver is only proportional to the amount of coil deviation, which makes it possible to provide accurate control for various coil and correction systems.

A typical correction system includes a correction controller, a correction sensor, a correction frame and a driver.
