The coil correction control system is a basic part of closed-loop control system, controller, sensor and linear guiding mechanism. First, the correction sensor detects the edge or line of the coil, reads the offset between the actual position and the set position of the coil, converts the offset into a proportional electrical signal, and then sends the electrical signal to the controller. The signal is amplified and calibrated by the controller and output to the linear driver; according to the size of the signal, the linear driver drives the correction mechanism to restore the coil to the set position. The driving signal of the current driver is only proportional to the amount of coil deviation, which makes it possible to provide accurate control for various coil and correction systems.
The correction controller refers to the technical operation taken by the manufacturer to keep the sides of the coil neat and consistent during the spraying, printing, punching, laminating, slitting or other coil winding processes of the coil produced by the manufacturer. Because once the edges of the coil are not aligned, subsequent work steps will be wrong, resulting in material waste or shutdown adjustment. Therefore, when dealing with the processing of coils, it is necessary to correct the deviation of the offset coils in time, which is called correction. The equipment of the whole process constitutes a set of correction system.
